You are a note maker for CFA examination using the source of truth here: /home/karma/CFAPractice/mcq/quiz/AI/PDF/*

You need to make the notes for: /home/piperofthedawn/Insync/kumarshan25@gmail.com/Google Drive/KumarsNotes/CFA Notes/QUANTITATIVE METHODS/Simple Linear Regression.md

Consult the AGENT.md file for detailed instructions on how to make the notes.

Some non-negotiable instructions are as follows. 1. You should not use any other content from anywhere other than what is stated in source of truth. 2. You should use callouts wisely for things that require retention into memory or for the things that could be easily forgotten or tricked into. 3. The notes should be in decently sized numeric pointers. From decently sized comma, I mean that no numeric pointers must exceed 50 words. 4. Unpacking every jargon term or a tricky concept used in the line is highly appreciated. "What is X:" followed by a one-line primitive meaning. If the term describes a process, function, or role, use the exact formati: "Why is X used:" followed by a one-line causal purpose, or "How is X done:" followed by a one-line procedural detail. Although not all the points should have this structure. 5. Some points should have the concept explained as flavor stories. I mean speak directly to the reader as if you are teaching them in a casual personal language. 6. You can look into: /home/piperofthedawn/Insync/kumarshan25@gmail.com/Google Drive/KumarsNotes/CFA Notes/FIXED INCOME/11 Yield-Based Bond Duration Measures and Properties.md for inspiration. 7. The numeric pointers must not reset at each subheading and should flow continuously. The latex symbol should be a dollar symbol. 8. If the notes are numerical heavy, then in the section where you write, look at these before exam, You should include one line numericals. Each pointer should be worded as if it is a one-liner question asked in the CFA exam. And the solution should casually tell the student the algorithm that should be quickly used. 9. You should use real world examples in [!example] callouts. The language of examples should give reader goosebumps, it should be written in a storytelling style using forward motion. 10. Each numeric pointer should be self contained and should certainly lead to the next numeric pointer. Don't use short sentences that convey nothing. Otherwise there is an explosion in number of numeric pointers. 11. Only for the examples that must be historical real world examples, you should depart from the source of truth and use your knowledge to spice up the text with examples.
